Short demonstration:
Budapest has 2 sides: Pest and Buda. Between the two parts there is the Danube.
We are in Óbuda (old Buda). This is an older part of Buda.
We are living in the greenbelt where is a beautiful view to the Danube.
The rooms are very elegant. We are near to the Margit sziget(Margaret island).
We are 10 minutes from the Center. Our neighbours are politicians,actors and other note worthy people.
In the house there are 3 apartments.We have 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.
The house is near to the bus stop (10meters).
The family is very friendly and direct. They try to help in every problems!

How to get there:
Budapest consists of 2 parts.
The West side of the Danube is Buda, the East side is Pest.
We are based in the Buda side.
Budapest has 3 railwaytations:
TRAINS:
Déli (Southern) station, Nyugati (Western) station and the
Keleti (Eastern) station. If the train comes to the Keleti station.
You come with the M2 (METRO Nr. 2) to the Batthiány tér (square).
From there you come with HÉV (suburban train) to the Árpád híd (bridge),
and from there you get on the Bus Nr 137, and come until the
"ISKOLA" (School) stop. You are here!
If the train comes to the Nyugati station. You catch the
Bus Nr. 6, go to the Flórián tér (square). From there you
come with the Bus Nr. 137 to the "ISKOLA" (School) stop. You are here.
If the train comes to the Déli station.
You come with the M2 (METRO Nr. 2) to the Batthiány tér (square).
From there you come with HÉV (suburban train) to the Árpád híd (bridge),
and from there you get on the Bus Nr 137, and come until the
"ISKOLA" (School) stop. You are here!
By Car:
You have to stay on the Buda side, and should drive
direction to the Margit hid (bridge) and Árpád hid.
We are not too far from the Árpád hid.
Then go to the Flórian tér (square), after that to Vörösvári út (street).
Where the Vörösvári út and the Bécsi ut crosses each other
(at the EuroCenter Shopping Mall) you turn left, and drive hill up.
There will be the Farkastorki ut(on the left side there
will be a big shopping center (EUROCENTER).
From that street you have to search for the Viharhegyi ut,
that will be on the left side of the street (2nd or 3rd street).
At the end of the Viharhegyi ut you have to turn left,
and you are on the Erdőalja út. And you are here.
PLANE:
If arrive by plane, then you should come with a MINIBUS!
That is around 2500 Ft(=10 Euro) to get here.
From the AirStation you can catch the BUS Nr. 93, and can get to Kőbánya-Kispest.
At Kőbánya-Kispest there is the Subway ( Metro 3 ).
With Metro 3 you can get to the Árpád bridge.

From the SZENTLÉLEK TÉR starts the Bus Nr. 137, and with this bus you come to stop name: "ISKOLA"

Our reservation policy offers you two possibilities for making a reservation.
1./ Firm (binding ) reservation
We undertake providing accommodation in the required period, category, under the promised address, at the agreed price.
We suggest this type of reservation in the season, or in periods in which we don't have many rooms available .
Our guest makes a prepayment (pays a deposit), which is depending on the season and number of the rooms :
from 10 up to 65 %of the total rent. This prepayment could not be lower than the rent for the first night.

2./ Booking of accommodation ( normal reservation)
We undertake providing -according to our vacancies -accommodation in the required period, category,
according to our price list, which was received by our guests before .
Our guests provide the following data for the booking by fax or e-mail:
Arrival and if possible departure data, mean of transportation, arrival time and place.
Number of the persons and rooms, the category of the accommodation.
We is obliged confirming the data within one work day.

Cancellation policy
1. Normal reservation
Normal reservations can be cancelled by letter, e-mail, fax or phone any time.
We will confirm the cancellation the same way.
2. Firm reservation made by prepayment
Firm /binding/ reservations can be cancelled by letter, e-mail, fax.
We will confirm the cancellation the same way preferably by e-mail.
Refund
Firm booking can be cancelled until 7 days prior the first booked day without charge.
However we will deduct the transferring cost from the amount of the prepayment.
Up to 2 days prior the first booked day we give refund 50 % of the prepayment deducting
the money transferring costs from the refund.
Within two days no refund.
For example you had a firm reservation for 10th.
You can cancel until 13th >>50 % refund
Cancellation on 12th, 11th ,10th no refund.
3. Cancellation of reservation for groups over 6 people.
Firm booking can be cancelled until 24 days prior the first booked day without charge.
However we will deduct the transferring cost from the amount of the prepayment.
For example your arrival date is the 27th , you can cancel the reservation by 2nd 10 pm.
In this case you will only loose the money transfer cost. It is from 20 Euro to 1.5 % of the transferring amount.
Up to 24 days prior the first booked day we give refund 50 % of the prepayment deducting
the money transferring costs from the refund.
Within five days no refund.

A mi vendégházunk Óbudán található. Óbuda Budapest öreg, elgáns, patinás városrésze.
Óbuda közel helyezkedik el a Margit-szigethez. Az óbudai hegyekről (így házunkból is)
csodálatosan szép kilátás nyílik a város többi részére és a Dunára. Mindez 10 (!) percre
Pest Centrumától. Szomszédaink politikusok, szinészek és más hírességek.

Fia Czakó György-tanuló; beszél angolul
Zsuzsi MAMA-beszél németül és oroszul
A család közvetlen és barátságos. Bármilyen problémában igyekszik segíteni!
Házunkban 3 lakás (apartman) van, amit bérbe lehet venni apartmanként, illetve lakáson belül

Amennyiben nem megfelelő (károkozás, fölöttébb koszos, ...) állapotban adja át a szobát / lakást, akkor az további költségeket von maga után.

Megközelíthetőség: Budapesten 3 vonatállomás van: A Déli-, a Nyugati- és a Keleti pályaudvar. Ha a vonata a Déli- vagy a Keleti pályaudvarra érkezik: A 2-es Metróval (M2) el kell jutnia a Batthiány térig. A Batthiány térről a HÉVvel eljön egészen az Árpád hídig, majd onnan a 137-es busszal az ISKOLA megállóig! Ha a vonata a Nyugati pályaudvarra érkezik: A Nyugati-tól a 6-os busszal eljön a Flórián térig, az ISKOLA megállónál kell leszállni! Amennyiben autóval jön Budapestre, akkor a Margit híd és az Árpád híd felé kell orientálódnia. Az Árpád hídtól(ehhez vagyunk közelebb) eljön a Flórián tér felé , majd a Vörösvári út és a Bécsi út kereszteződésénél feljön a hegyre (az EuroCenter Bevásárlóközpont mellett). Ekkor a Farkastorki útra jut, ahonnan (belra) a Viharhegyire jut, s ennek a vége az Erdőalja út. Itt balra fordul, s már itt is van... Zárt parkoló: INGYENES. A Repülőtérről a legegyszerűbb, ha a Minibus Service-el, segítségével jut el hozzánk Tömegközlekedés segítségével a repülőtérről: A 93-as busszal el kell menni Kőbány-Kispestig. Onnan a 3-as METRO-val az Árpád hídig. http://www.bkv.hu/villamos/1vissza.html Az Árpád hídnál az 1-es villamos segítségével át kell jönni Budára, a SZENTLÉLEK TÉR-re, ahonnan a 137-es busz is indul. A 137-es busszal pedig végül az "ISKOLA" megállóig kell eljönni.
